My family and I moved a lot when I was a child. We often stayed with family and friends until my mom was able to get on her feet financially. When we finally did get our own home it felt amazing. I realised from a very young age the importance of home ownership. Being able to paint your own bedroom, plant a tree and watch it grow is so rewarding.
